Ben Collins' netinst cd (referenced after code listing 2.1), does not have a
bzip2 uncompresser.
Code listing 4.2 ask the user to uncompress a stage1 image that has been
compressed using bzip2.

Is this still an issue? We can etiher provide tar.gz stage tarballs or ask Ben Collins' to include bzip2 on his iso. 

We will be coming out with a new iso soon, eg this weekend so this should be resolved

why not cover the bases, we could provide both gzip and bzip compressed tarballs, _and_ ask bcollins to add bzip2. :)
