last week openvz released 2.6.16-026test017.1 and the week before vzctl 3.0.11. Please consider updating the ebuild.

Yup, as you noted, vzctl-3.0.11 is in the tree since yesterday (with a huge list of patches) and openvz-sources just entered the tree (thanks to Benedikt).
