this archive from the maintainer contains a patch for lm_sensors to make it support abituguru module. Adding epatch to existing ebuild compiles this support into libsensors.

request adding this to lm_sensors-2.10.0* ebuilds

This will be in lm_sensors 2.10.1 and kernel 2.6.18

OK. Will close this bug as LATER then, as 2.6.18 is due to be released and lm_sensors-2.10.1 is announced to be released ~ 20th September 06.

This is fixed with =sys-apps/lm_sensors-2.10.1 and =virtual/linux-sources-2.6.18
