With the official discontinuation of ctorrent (having been undeveloped since '04), the offical site makes a refrence to a new command-line torrent program located at

http://www.rahul.net/dholmes/ctorrent/

This may make for a nice addition to Portage, and also as a replacement for the aging ctorrent.

This can be seen as the new version of ctorrent.

Errr, the ctorrent ebuilds in the tree already apply that patches :)
