Bug 144207 – Perl modules installed with g-cpan are not registered in world file

Perl modules installed with g-cpan (any x86 or ~x86 version of it) are not registered in portage's world file (because it uses --oneshot to actually emerge the ebuilds) nor are dependencies for other ebuilds in the world file. So when I try to depclean my system all these ebuilds are selected to unmerge.
