Default install of net-nds/openldap 2.0.27 has some mistakes in default config 
files. In /etc/init.d/slapd, the pidfile save to /var/state/openldap/slapd.pid, 
but /etc/openldap/slapd.conf says to save pidfile to /var/lib/slapd.pid.
