Erm, we don't install anything into /usr/local. If you have some cruft there, you should delete it.

1. rm -rf /usr/local/bin/f-spot
2. rm -rf /usr/local/lib/f-spot
3. re-emerge f-spot
4. re-login into a new terminal
5. all works fine
