sci-libs/scipy-0.5.0.ebuild
works on amd64 i had to update the ebuild because portage doesn't recognize numpy-1.0_beta2 as being a higher version than numpy-1.0b_p1 even though according to the bug listed it is. once it was updated to =>dev-python/numpy-1.0_beta2 it worked great for me. it failed as is though saying it couldn't find a version of numpy greater than 1.0b_p1 however. this was on a dual athlon-mp system using gcc 4.1.1 scipy-0.5.1 in the gentooscience.org overlay. 0.5.1 in portage, closing. |
