Couldn't find a duplicate of this. db_server.h exists in many versions, but couldn't find a "Gentoo-approved" version for current portage. Problem: db_server.h is not present on my system even after a fetchonly of the following command: cbl ~ # emerge --update --deep --newuse world . . . checking "rpcgen -C" build of db_server.h... no checking "rpcgen" build of db_server.h... no configure: error: Unable to build RPC support: rpcgen failed. !!!
