Only the Infadel2 theme in icewm depends on an artwiz font (artwiz-snap), but it is already being distributed with it (/usr/share/icewm/themes/Infadel2/snap.pcf). 

So there is no need to install artwiz-fonts; just to be sure I tested every theme that comes with icewm, they all worked fine, there was no error message about missing fonts.

I have not checked older versions.

IMHO, the ebuild should be modified to delete /usr/share/icewm/themes/Infadel2/snap.pcf since it's already provided by artwiz-fonts.
