"An open-source clone of the DOS game Liero. It currently works on Windows and Linux.
In the game each player controls a small worm armed to the teeth and fights other worms in a destructible battleground. It can be described as "Real-time Worms" or "2D Quake", or a combination of both."

Sourcecode is availible via CVS.

This game is addictive like Liero! <:

Asked upstream for source tarballs? Use SConsignFile() to fix the sandbox errors.

It doesn't compile because of scons.
It works only with scons <= 0.96.1

Matija: Upstream didn't make any changes quite a long time. I suggest closing this bug (as "LATER"?).

Btw, there's a fork of this project - G3A? (Gusanos 3 Arena - a Quake3 Arena style game)

You're right, Gusanos doesn't seem to have been updated since 2007. :/

I agree with closing it as "LATER" for now.
