Which version of QT? Versions 3.3.6-r1 4.1.4 , appologies for not including. Did you try out a qt 4.2 ? Not sure why that file is sticking around, but if dbus doesn't own it - the only other thing that could have was QT 4.2 which has the dbus bindings in its release. Was this during an upgrade? When did this happen exactly? Nope, never tried a 4.2* install of qt. This happened while trying to upgrade to kde-3.5.4. At some point it claimed that I had to remerge dbus with the qt3 USE flag set, so I tried that. And that is when I ran into the issue. I no longer have the output sitting around. Only dbus creates that file. Something cracked out happened on your system. Unless of course you tried some of the masked new dbus and QT bits... then this could happen. Re-open this if you can reproduce it. |
