Hi,

It would be very nice to have a changelog for php-patchsets that are used in de php ebuilds.

This won't happen, too much redundant work, almost all patches come from PHP CVS, so knowing the file and revision (in the header), you can check them fully there. Also our PHP Overlay's SVN, where the patchsets are done, has generally info in the commit messages.
