kdebase-kioslaves-3.5.4 do not compile against the 'stable'openexr-1.2.2; configure report:

 checking for OpenEXR libraries... no

also if the OpenEXR library is installed correctly. The problem is fixed unmasking openexr-1.2.2-r2; i think that the kdebase-kioslaves-3.5.4 ebuild must be changed to:

openexr? ( >=media-libs/openexr-1.2.2-r2 )
