add in ebuild depen of xorg-x11-7.1 because this driver not work with 7.0

Confirmed on a ThinkPad T60.

"ABI Mismatch" error is displayed upon modprobbing flgrx

Confirmed on x86.
Driver builds for xorg 7.1 even though 7.0 is the one installed.

Use the ebuild here: bug #139458.

The driver *definitely* works with xorg-7.0, it's just the first ebuild that got into the tree was brain dead.
