Could you update layman to ensure that each overlay in the config file must include a description?

force breakage on innocent users is a bad idea. There is a QA checker for gentoo org which can be extended to do this.

Mandatory now with layman-1.0.7 (check can currently still be disabled by setting "nocheck").
