Hello emerging the modular xorg server (7.0) fails with a strange error in 
the bintuils package. it fails with

.libs/init.o: file not recognized: File format not recognized
collect2: ld return 1 exit status
.. 
leaving directory '/var/tmp/portage/binutils-2.16.1-r3/work/build/bfd'

if i have a look at the created init.o file i can see that the file is in
fact not a binary, but a c source file. looks like a c header file, which is
very strange. if you need more information tell me. 

due to this problem i am running without a xserver at the moment. so please
fix the bug quickly.
