(In reply to comment #0) Have you tried it with IVMAN? there should be a difference in the way of mounting.. anyways; i'm currently writing a guide for automaticly mounting devices and i've included ivman. Feel free to take a look at bug http://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=111551 => i'm finalising it as we speak. Greetings diox just looked it up; with ivman the interaction with your desktop environment is away. witch can be quiet nice. (/doc/en/kde-config#kde_device_mounting) greetz diox I guess we should just link to the "external storage howto" when it gets finished and published. Opinions? Removed ivman instructions in favor of kde's built-in functionality. Less is more. Thanks for reporting, fixed in CVS. |
