As a registered user, I can't reopen bugs marked as resolved.
When I'm not logged in, the option to reopen bugs it's present, but when I log in, it disappears.

You can only re-open your own bugs. That's a feature, not a bug.

Now I understand, I didn't know that reporters could reopen their bugs. This makes sense, sorry for inflating bug number. ;-)
