SVK 1.08 has been released, with a few minor bug fixes (notably a fix for the annoying "Use of uninitialized value in array element" warnings with svk help).

I'll attach a diff from 1.07-r1 shortly; the updates are minor.

Remove svn-mirror local USE flag; SVK isn't very useful without it (my apologies for introducing it).

Set version on dev-perl/TimeDate dependency (for Date::Parse 2.27 dependency listed in Makefile.PL).

Add dependency on >=virtual/perl-File-Spec-3.18, as listed in Makefile.PL.

Remove PERL_EXTUTILS_AUTOINSTALL environment variable in src_compile - this has been incorporated into perl-module.eclass.
