Hello,
I've attached an ebuild for a microsatellite finding script that also runs on my server at http://www.genomics.ceh.ac.uk/msatfinder. The server-based gets a fair number of hits, but as the full features of the software aren't available on it I thought that this ebuild might be of use to some people.
Hopefully it might be considered suitable for inclusion under sci-biology.

Ebuild now attached.
For some reason there seems to be a duplicate bug report, to which the ebuild was attached. Presumably it was because my browser timed out during the original bug submission, so I had to try twice.

This bug has made no progress for years. Can we please confirm whether this package is still wanted?
