courier-0.52.2 and 0.53.2 both try to epatch fam-disable-check.patch, which doesn't exist.  The ebuild continues to build ok though because the epatch doesn't have an || die

courier-0.53.2 should be the one to use as 0.52.2 will be removed very shortly.
I've commit the the mentioned patch. Please wait for ~1hr, sync and try again.
