I have emerged the evolution-exchange plugin (with no errors) for Evolution, however when I go to setup an account, I am unable to enter any exchange information (such as the OWA URL) and setup will not continue.

Steps to reproduce:

In Evolution, edit->preferences
In Mail Accounts, click Add
Click forward on intro screen.
Enter name, email address. Forward.
Select Microsoft Exchange as server type.
Under configuration, only a textbox for 'Username' appears.  I put in my user name, forward is still disabled.  In reading documentation, a OWA URL textbox should also appear.

Versions:

Evolution 2.6.2-r1
evolution-data-server 1.6.2
evolution-exchange 2.6.2-r1
  (I've also tried 2.6.2, 2.6.0, and 2.4.2 -- All produce same results)


I'm unsure if this is a gentoo issue or an upstream bug.  I've searched upstream and I don't see anything related.

Let me know if you need anymore information or if you know what I'm missing.
