Description Mauro Faccenda 2006-07-16 10:20:56 UTC
kopete compiled with those flags:

[ebuild R ] net-im/kopete-0.12.1 USE="alias arts connectionstatus contactnotes crypt highlight history nowlistening sms ssl statistics translator webpresence -addbookmarks -autoreplace -debug -gadu -groupwise -irc -jingle -latex -netmeeting -sametime -slp -texteffect -winpopup -xinerama -xmms -xscreensaver -yahoo"

has no support to receiving custom emoticons.

BTW: my previous version (kde-base/kopete-3.5.3-r2) which has a 0.11.X version of kopete supports.

I searched in kopete changelog something that says if it was disabled or something like that, but i didnt find anything, so I filled these bug report.

Do I have to add some more info?

Here it works, make sure you enabled "Download and show custom emoticons" in the MSN account settings on the "MSN Settings" page.

It is enabled and with the same configuration, an older version (0.11.X) it works fine.

Ok, this is not a bug, is a behavior changing.

I had to disable the option "Do not show user specified rich text" in "Apparence->Colors & Fonts", so I can receive the customized emoticons.
