I installed trac on my box and tried to get it starting, but noticed that webapps-config doesn't even install files to cgi-bin dir.

When I investigated a bit further I found that required .cgi files are not emerged:
store20 trac # equery files trac |grep -i cgi
/usr/lib/python2.4/site-packages/trac/web/_fcgi.py
