Also, please tone down your cflags and try again

Emerging dbus-0.62 worked after unmasking it and qt-4.1.3. After removing the lines for dbus-0.62 and qt-4.1.3 from package.keywords, emerge downgraded dbus to 0.61-r1 and qt to 4.1.2 without errors.

Not sure what happened, and I can't really tell what happened, or why the file was missing for you in the first place but working now, so I am going to resolve works for me
