Bug 139364 – Missing libcdda.so

Using GNOME-2.14.2
Trying to play audio CD's (via totem & also BMPx)
Both complain that 

error accessing 'cdda:///dev/hdc': Invalid URI


When running from command line to collect errors:


(totem:24760): libgnomevfs-WARNING **: Cannot load module `/usr/lib/gnome-vfs-2.0/modules/libcdda.so' (/usr/lib/gnome-vfs-2.0/modules/libcdda.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory)


Such a file does not exist and thus cannot play audio-CD's.

Searching web and such gnome-vfs is suppose to supply this file. Examining the ./configure file for gnome-vfs it has an option --enable-cdda BUT is say "not avised)
