linuxwacom-0.7.2 won't build at all against portage-2.1-r1. The ebuild used to work with earlier portage versions.

solution is trivial:

replace
		if ! has_version >=sys-kernel/linux-headers-2.6; then
with
		if ! has_version ">=sys-kernel/linux-headers-2.6"; then
