Bug 138657 – unable to emerge libX11 because of size verification problem

I was trying to emerge xfce4 and it halted on libX11 with this message :

Don't mind the Kanotix environment, I am using it to be able to copy and paste it here because I am not done installin xfce after the base system because of this bug. Seems somebody wrote down the wrong size to the manifest.
