Like the summary says: new releases have been made; please bump the ebuilds accordingly.

ieee80211-1.1.14 breaks the API and is not compatible with other drivers depending on it. I am currently waiting for upstream to release the ieee80211-1.2 series.

Here's the ipw2200 ebuild. I haven't been able to do any testing beyond compiling it, since I don't have a ipw2200 card in my laptop.
