If xf86-input-evdev-1.0.0.5 is marked stable, then the next package that seems to block xorg-x11-7.0-r1 is:

This has been fixed... it sometimes takes quite some time to get > 100 packages changed to stable, so you guys just got caught in the transition.  Here's a tip for the future.  If ever you get soemthing like this, wait a couple hours, sync, then try again.  If you're still having the same problem at that time, file a bug.
