Description William Ames 2006-06-29 13:23:29 UTC
gtk-gamess is a small graphical que manager for the GAMESS molecular modeling package.

Currently the sci-chemistry/ghemical-2.01.ebuild compiles with the --enable-gamess option which enables output of GAMESS input files and submition of these files to gtk-gamess. To enable full functionality of the ghemical-2.01 package I think a gtk-gamess ebuild should be made and placed in portage. This should be easy as gtk-gamess is easy to compile with an up-to-date system and even more readily configured to work with the sci-chemistry/gamess package already in portage.

At least post the URL, or are we supposed to Google for this?

Here's a patch to create a gtk-gamess ebuild. I had it in my overlay for a while. Apply with `patch -R -p3` in a gtk-gamess directory.

This has been in the tree for awhile...

  Initial import of gtk-gamess-2.0

I'll file for stabilization since this is the only bug I've ever seen about it.
