We do not alphabetically order ARCH keywords. Those are sorted by the order in which they are added by devs/arch teams. This hunk of the patch was removed and is not applied.
Both your other changes have been added. The ebuild revision has not been bumped, as the on-disk end result is exactly the same. Thank you for your patch and bug report :)

By the way... we do alphabetically sort KEYWORDS... just ask ekeyword... ;]
