Logscan summarizes you logfiles in a quick, effective, flexible and standardised way.

I suggest to put it in app-admin/logscan. It will also need app-admin/logscan-scripts to function, as here the actual scripts are in.

- GPL isn't in /usr/portage/licenses - you probably want GPL-2
- Looks like you need RDEPEND on virtual/cron
- Keyword should be ~x86
