latest is 0.3.9
    * Move UI level preference to top of the "General" page.(Takuro ASHIE)
    * Support Hyper Estraier 1.2 or higher and discard 1.1.2 or lower. (Ryo SHIMIZU)
          o Hyper Estraier index is not compatible between 1.1 and 1.2. If you use Hyper Estraier 1.2 for history-searching, please remove history index directory(~/.kazehakase/history_index.hest) before running Kazehakase. The new index files will be made automatically when Kazehakase runs.
    * Set the title in RSS file after loading the file.(Hiroyuki IKEZOE)

Bug in the 0.3.9 ebuild:
syntax of --with-ruby has changed,
now --with-ruby=no disables ruby, but otherwise it ask for path to ruby, i.e.
--with-ruby=/usr/bin/ruby; what's more one of the checks requires
dev-ruby/ruby-gtk2 to be installed to succeed.
proposed change:
if ! use ruby; then
myconf="${myconf} --with-ruby=no --with-rgettext=no "
fi
and adding dev-ruby/ruby-gtk2 to ruby use dependencies;

Hi,

guess it is not worth opening a separate bug, but kazehakase 0.3.1, which is the latest stable for amd64, depends on mozilla while many people (including me :-) prefer seamonkey which is a blocker for mozilla and so the dependencies fail ... I see it is fixed in newer version, so bump would be appreciated ... thanks
