khdapsmon and hdapsd are provided too, yet they have their own bugs already:

Why are you opening duplicate of many bugs? hdaps has been in kernel since 2.6.14, the rest are separate bugs.

Because bug 100167 is only for the hdaps daemon. The ebuilds referenced here are for all hdaps applications: gkhdaps, hdaps-gl, hdapsgl-applet, tilt, wmhdaps -- those are not provided by the other bugs. This bug is a supplement to 100167, 119845, 124175.

File a separate bug for each of them then (and preferably attach some ebuilds, there's enough of ebuild requests as it is and noone to handle them). Monster bugs for zillion of ebuilds suck.
