After trying to solve my problem with sgml with the method proposed by satai, I
always get the same error:

# emerge app-txt/docbook-sgml-utils

Calculating dependancies /!!! (dependancies required by
"app-text/docbook-sgml-utils-0.6.11-r2" [ebuild])
!!! Error calculating dependancies, please correct.

This is the same error at the end of the procedure of "sgmlfix" when I try to
reemerge described in http://cvs.gentoo.org/~satai/packnames.txt .

Any idea ?

This looks like a portage problem.

Definitely this was a portage issue. I upgraded Portage to 1.0.47 and all works
Fine. Soory for the convenience.
