Few days ago panotools released a new version of libpano12.  Among other things, a stitcher has been added : PTmender (a replacement for PTStitcher). It is required for clens, see bug #76484

I've copied the ebuild of libpano12-2.8.3, removing the patch (bug #135984). I don't know if this issue is resolved or not.
