There is an entry in the /etc/hosts file:

ff02::3 ip6-allhosts

But according to: http://www.iana.org/assignments/ipv6-multicast-addresses
there is no such adress. It says:
FF02:0:0:0:0:0:0:3     Unassigned                         [JBP]
