Installation of dev-perl/DBD-mysql-2.9007 fails miserably. It might be a similar problem as in bug 136041 (using ExtUtils::MakeMaker instead of Module::Build)?

Please, don't restrict bugs without any reason. Just, leave those funky checkboxes  alone. Thanks.

emerge --sync, re-emerge module-build and try again.
