dev-python/pygtk-2.8.6 don't install because py-compile is symlinked in the ebuild to /bin/true, which don't exist on freebsd.
/usr/bin/true is available on both Gentoo/Linux and Gentoo/FreeBSD, so I think it should be preferred.

Modifying the ebuild this way solves the problem and the build compiles and installs fine.
