Completely unsupported flag, remove it from your make.conf. where is the info about supported/unsupported flags? isn't Gentoo all about the choice? Well the second is ironic, I need to know the answer to the first question... Yeah, our choice is to not support broken flags. -fvisibility-inlines-hidden is very broken w/ gcc-3.4.6 and only reasonably works w/ gcc-4.1.1, but still will break stuff even there if not handled properly. Don't use it.
