Currently only scw is available in portage, please find attached an ebuild for python-scw.

I don't know if it's better to make python and ruby bindings available as x11-libs/scw USE flags, instead of having separate ebuilds ?

No, they're separate packages, so we'll put them in separately. I already have ruby-scw in my overlay, so now that I know that at least one user is interested in having scw stuff in portage, I will commit it.
