media-video/libdv-0.104-r1 fails to build with gtk when using --as-needed in LDFLAGS. Please find a modified ebuild and patch below.

I'm in the media-video herd^H^H^H^Hgroup but don't usually maintain libdv. So I don't want to step on anybody's toes, but if you guys think this is good enough I can commit it.

This bug is basically a duplicate of Bug #133819. If gtk+-1.2 links correctly then libdv can build without patches.

Also patching directly in configure-script (and not in configure.in/.ac) is not the best way.
