Since I first tried last night, I have not been able to download the sources for sys-libs/libutempter-1.1.4.1 . Right now, about 12 hours later, no gentoo mirror I have tried has the file, and the last resort host does not have it either.

I tried 3 other mirrors and downloads just fine; assigning to mirrors folks.

Well, to be honest, the gentoo.chem.wisc.edu mirror is lagging behind, see bug 135728.

Also, the AltLinux mirror isn't under our control, so I can't say anything. Since Jakub has had success getting the file from other mirrors, please try other mirrors.
