Decided to install on a new machine.  Following through the step-by-step instructions, I kept getting multiple errors for the most basic packages (grub, metalog, etc).

Remembering an earlier version, I found the bootstrap script.

Searching through the new installation documentation, I could not find bootstrap mentioned anywhere.
