Appearently the hpclj2600n.tar.gz file has been changed by the developer. The file is working, with the contents of two icm-files for the HP2600 printer.

Error-message:
!!! Couldn't download hpclj2600n.tar.gz. Aborting.

after it successfully downloaded the file.

he did it again - changing tarballs without changing the version.
In fact he does not even version them at all .. sigh

Thanks for reporting - I just redigested this time.
