when running emerge --config =net-misc/scponly-4.6-r1, the created chroot is missing /dev/null (chmod 0777). Without the null device scp and sftp-server don't work.

also /lib64 is missing ld-linux-x86-64.so.2

fixed in cvs.
ld-linux-x86-64.so.2 also fixed.
