Xorg.0.log
here's my Xorg.0.log I've put Xorg 7.1 packages in package.mask for now. I believe Xorg 7.1 worked when I used a normal mouse driver (it's been a while since I tried it). but I need evdev for all 12 mx1000 buttons to work.

The evdev driver is known to be somewhat experimental. Please file this bug upstream at bugs.freedesktop.org in the xorg product and post the URL here so we can track it. Thanks! I'm a step ahead of you. seems my... bug has been comandeered though... I may have to file a second one. upsteam bug location https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=7109 Thanks. |
