I asked in irc and this was tested for me, however I jumped the right 
procedure (completely my responsibility),sorry, so here we are.

app-cdr/koverartist need to be tested on ppc, 
because it will replace (if working) app-cdr/kover that's unmaintained 
since years I'll add bug #130774 to blocks.
